Virtual & Video Tours are now more important than ever for both Buyers & Sellers. Tools available are the virtual Matterport Tour or vibrant videos that highlight special features of the home.
Sellers are maximizing their home’s exposure when they feature a virtual and/or video tour with their listing.
Buyers can navigate their way through listings that are either on the market (or coming soon) with the Matterport Tour. The Matterport Tour allows you to virtually take a closer look at room details you don’t normally see in photos. To hop in, click on the person icon in the lower left hand corner. You can then navigate through the home and jump up or down by floor level.
Video tours take just one click to enjoy the video. Clicking on the video timeline will allow you to pause, scroll forward or scroll backward through the video so you can take a longer look at your favorite room or feature of the property.
